Who are we?

ICT Solutions have over 20 years of experience of providing ICT support in the education sector. We provide essential ICT services to all educational establishments and work with leading education manufacturers and suppliers to deliver a range of service to our customers. Our team provide both remote and on-site support to schools and have expertise in Microsoft, Apple and Google. We work with our strategic partners Google and Microsoft to enable us to develop innovative solutions for the establishments we support. All of our ICT Technicians and Engineers are DBS checked to give you peace of mind when we are visiting your educational setting.

We recognise that ICT budgets are becoming smaller and we strongly believe that our annual support packages provide comprehensive support whether you choose a remote or enhanced package option. We can tailor our packages to suit the needs of your individual school, academy trust or federation.

  • Our cloud backup service automatically protects data residing on desktops, laptops, servers and network attached storage devices.
  • Managed endpoint protection ensuring your computers and network are protected from viruses, malware and ransomware.
  • Proactive preventative maintenance - we proactively monitor and maintain your school server and network behind the scenes, remotely from our office.
  • Our Service Desk will log all incidents and service requests and track them to resolution.
  • Our ICT specialists will support you by telephone or email and use remote tools to resolve any ICT issues within an agreed service level.

Moving to your own Digital Education Platform

Whether you wish to use Remote Digital Learning or Blended Learning, moving to your own platform such as Microsoft Education or Google Workspace for Education will allow this. Digital Education Platforms allows teachers to communicate with students and deliver lesson via video calls, record virtual lessons, set tasks, enable collaboration through supervised group calls, personalised feedback, assess learning, structured file and folder storage for different users and tools to support staff planning. Along with tools such as email, word/docs, spreadsheets, presentations and online storage - all available in the cloud, makes teaching and learning available from anywhere.

Keeping you Cybersafe

We know that protecting yourself and your staff and students online whilst keeping your data secure is a massive challenge in the current climate.
